We provide a complete exam with same day treatment if possible to our new patients. On your first visit to our office you will be asked to complete patient information forms. These forms may also be downloaded from our website and completed prior to your arrival. These forms allow the doctor to provide a more thorough evaluation by understanding your history and current symptoms and also include our consent to treat, our authorizations to obtain your prior treatment records if necessary, insurance authorization and financial obligation. Once these documents have been completed, a member of our staff will room you and complete your intake.

What To Expect on Your First Visit
A therapist from our team will then review any previously obtained diagnostics provided and perform an examination. Depending on the patient’s chief complaint, the evaluation will include, posture evaluation, range of motion testing, muscle strength and a Six Minute Walk Test. A diagnosis, plan of care and treatment options will be determined and discussed based upon your evaluation findings and any tests reviewed. We provide each patient with a guide book with information on how to improve their lung health. We normally begin treatment the same day to maximize your time and allowed visits. You will then schedule out your plan of care at the end of your visit.
